Responsibility and Information
As a customer, it's essential to familiarize yourself with all relevant information and rules related to the specific product or event. If you plan to climb via ferrata, make sure to thoroughly understand the safety rules.
When booking on behalf of others, it's your responsibility to make sure everyone in your group is aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Liability Waiver
- I understand that climbing and participating in activities at Rampen Via Ferrata come with inherent risks, and that all activities and time spent at the center are at my own risk.
- I am obligated to adhere to all safety rules and follow instructions from the staff to ensure both my safety and the safety of others.
- Should I notice any defects or deficiencies in the facility, or observe behavior from others that may pose a risk, I am obligated to alert the staff immediately.
- Rampen Via Ferrata Climbing Center disclaims all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during climbing or other activities at the facility.
Booking and Payment
- Payment is made at the time of booking, and the total amount is charged in full.
- Payments are made using Visa or MasterCard through our payment providers, Nets and Stripe.
- After a successful payment, you will receive a receipt and booking confirmation via email.
Bookings are Binding
- A booking becomes binding once you've made the payment and received the email confirmation.
- Please ensure that dates and important details in the booking are accurate.
- We cannot be held responsible for technical issues that may affect your booking.
Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the activity will be charged 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made more than 10 days before the activity will be fully refunded.
- Giftcards are non-refundable but can be extended once on request.
Reservations
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices or descriptions.
- We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or other unforeseen events outside our control that may affect activities.
Insurance
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary insurance related to your journey and activities, including travel and leisure insurance.
Participation at Your Own Risk
- If you've booked activities with a guide, you must follow our guides' instructions.
- You participate at your own risk in situations where Rampen AS is not liable.
- Remember: Safety first, and no alcohol during activities.
